About: The brainchild of chef Victor Salazar, somedaze LA is on a mission to push the envelope of casual California cuisine. Dazey flavors are by no means traditional, but heavily influenced by the abundance of Latinx and Asian street food in Los Angeles.

some daze is driven by creativity, and fueled by community. We can’t stand eating the same food for over a month and neither should you! Our menu is ever evolving and tapping into new trends and culinary revelations our chef Victor has late at night when he’s cuddling his cat Samson.
